“I was extremely nervous during our first look because it was pouring outside and I was determined to have the ceremony on the beautiful grounds.To my relief it stopped raining just in time. What I liked most about our wedding ceremony and reception was that it was broadly appealing to both our families while also having some personal touches that reflect our nerdy interests. Our wedding officiant, Cari Chrisostomou Schonfeld did an amazing job of writing our ceremony to reflect our personalities (including passages from Game of Thrones and Amber Spyglass) and the Dexter Lake Club band played an acoustic version of the Pixies “Here Comes Your Man” as we walked down the aisle as husband and wife.” – Casey
