Welcome to AnyaFoto Studio. By using our website, scheduling a session, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Session & Booking Policies

• A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date and time.

• Reschedules must be requested at least 7 days in advance; last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session fee.

• Session fees cover time, preparation, and artistry and do not include products or digital images unless otherwise stated.

Payments & Orders

• Final payment for artwork and albums is due at the ordering appointment.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once approved.

Image Rights & Usage

• AnyaFoto Studio retains the copyright to all images.

• Clients receive personal usage rights for printed and digital products purchased.

• Images may not be altered, sold, or published without written consent.

• With permission, selected images may be used in AnyaFoto marketing materials or portfolios.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide an exceptional experience, AnyaFoto Studio is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, equipment malfunction, or weather). In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest available date.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
